Taizhou Anto Protective Equipment Co., Ltd. (brand REICIO) takes the protection of personal information seriously. This policy applies to www.reicio.top and explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL).
1. What we collect
We follow the principle of data minimisation and collect only what a business function needs:

- To keep the site secure and prevent spam, malicious registrations and brute-force attacks;
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary and only with processors acting on our instructions:
- Hosting provider (Tencent Cloud) — stores the website and its data;
- WooCommerce — shop software running on our own server;
- PayPal — only if you choose to pay online, in which case your payment details are handled by PayPal;
- Email and contact-form services — to receive and answer your enquiry.
We do not disclose your information to any other third party unless required by law.
5. International transfers
Our website is hosted in Hong Kong. If you contact us from the EU or another region, your data will be transferred to and processed in Hong Kong and mainland China, where our team is based. We rely on your consent to the enquiry and on standard contractual clauses where required.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up business, and are reviewed periodically. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Records we no longer need are deleted.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing — and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email reicio@qq.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the server and its administrative tools is restricted, credentials are held only by authorised staff, and backups are kept so that data can be restored. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Children
Our website is intended for business customers. Children under 14 should not submit personal information to us. Where a minor’s information is involved, the consent of a guardian is required.
