- One-piece tubes: main tubes are bent from a single length of stainless steel or titanium, with the secondary tubes fully welded for a rigid structure.
- Two sections: the main tubes screw together and interlock at the base, so the stretcher can be split and nested to save space in storage and transport.
- Five lifting points: five points on both sides and at the foot allow four-point or three-point suspension and let the casualty be positioned.
- Securing the casualty: a polyethylene backboard, a flame-retardant mesh liner and four quick-release straps hold the casualty in place.
- Transfer at any angle: vertical, horizontal and sloping transfers, in rough terrain, in the air and at sea.
